Revealing traces of the past and customs of today, Mémoires de pierres (Memories of Stones) is a site-specific performance that invites audiences to rediscover the village of Saint-Thibéry (in the Hérault region of France) through a procession combining words, gestures, and sounds. Inspired by local accounts, the built heritage, and the unique geography of the area, this collective creation brought together four artistic companies, working closely with the inhabitants: Le principe d'incertitude (dance), Le Cercle Aldébaran (theater), L'Instant Donné (contemporary music), À quelques hertz près (traditional music).
